Make a Payment
Already booked with us? This is the place to take care of your deposit, balance, or breakage deposit. Your exact amounts and due dates are in your signed rental agreement.
What's due, and when
- A non-refundable deposit is due when you sign your agreement — that's what reserves your date.
- Your remaining balance is due 90 days before your first event date.
- A refundable breakage deposit is due at the same time as the balance. It comes back to you within 5 business days after your event, less any deductions for damage or excessive cleaning.
How you can pay
We accept checks, bank transfers (ACH), Zelle, and major credit cards. Checks, bank transfers, and Zelle are billed at the rates stated in your agreement with no added fee; card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Idaho state sales tax (6%) and tourism tax (2%) apply to venue fees.
