Day-of rental items — tables, linens, chairs, sound system, decorative wine barrels, firewood — are also available and charged separately. Ask for the current rate sheet.

On the horizon: on-site lodging, a bridal suite, and a spa & pool are planned additions to the property. They aren't built yet — we'll publish pricing when they're ready.

Good to know

Taxes & payment

  • Idaho state sales tax (6%) and tourism tax (2%) apply to venue fees.
  • Check and ACH payments receive the stated rates; credit-card payments carry a 3% processing fee.
  • A non-refundable deposit reserves your date; the balance is due 90 days before your event.
